The paperwork, sorted
If you are getting married or planning a party, your venue will usually ask your suppliers for proof of insurance and safety. I keep all of mine here so it is one less thing for you to chase. Coordinators are welcome to download them directly.
Public Liability Insurance
£10 million coverMost venues ask for this before the day. My policy covers public liability up to £10 million and is valid all year round.
PAT Certificate
Tested every yearAll my equipment is Portable Appliance Tested annually. The certificate lists every item and the date it was last checked.
Risk Assessment
Written for every eventA clear, written assessment of my setup: cabling, speaker stands, lighting and the dancefloor area, and exactly how I keep everyone safe.
Method Statement
How I work on the dayStep by step how I load in, set up, run the night and pack down safely, so your venue knows precisely what to expect.
